This class, taught by Adult Ministries Director Erin Pickering, will give you an overview of the three basic spiritual habits every Christian needs in order to grow: daily time with God (prayer and Bible reading), giving, and fellowship.

During the Serve Class, you will learn how God can use your Spiritual Gifts, your Heart (passions), your Abilities, your Personality, and your Experiences to minister to the needs of others.

Having the heart for specific things, people or circumstances is to be used to guide us into a ministry that we really care about. In the Serve Class, Guest Services Director Rebekah Hastilow will show you how to assess your abilities, gifts and passions to see where in the ministry you will love to serve.

When you move to a new community or attend a new church, it's easy to feel out of place which is why we’ve created a special day just for you to connect with others looking for their place to belong and find their people! The day will begin at 10am with our Connect Class where you will learn about LCC, our beliefs, core values, and how we approach ministry. After class, you will attend the worship service together and then gather in the Student Auditorium where you’ll share a light lunch with Lead Pastor Jeff Cranston and Executive Pastor Jason Best.

The Christmas season can be difficult for those who have lost a loved one. Each year, we hold a special Remembrance Service where we set aside time to honor and celebrate those closest to us that we’ve lost this year. It’s an intentional time to come together as a church family to love one another, worship together, and hear an encouraging message of hope.

LCC is excited to host the annual banquet for Christian Adoption Services (CAS), one of our local outreach partners. This is an incredible opportunity for our church family to learn about how God is working and moving through their ministry. This banquet is open to everyone at LCC. At this year's banquet series, CAS is honored to have Dove Award-Winning Platinum Recording Artist Mark Schultz share his story of adoption. This fall, most groups will be walking through the Rooted Experience. For those who would like to grow deeper in their faith in other ways, on-campus classes will kick-off on Monday, August 19!

Moving to a new area or coming to a new church can be daunting, especially if you don’t know anyone, and it’s hard to make new friends in a new place. Group Connect is the perfect opportunity to meet others just like you and find your people as you learn more about joining a life group. This low-pressure event helps place you in a group with those in a similar age, stage of life, and neighborhood so you can form real connections as you grow closer to Jesus in community!

Group Connect takes place in the Concourse on Sunday, August 4 after each service.

We have seen God do and accomplish some incredible things during Pastor Jeff’s long tenure at LCC. So, we are taking the opportunity to honor that by celebrating Pastor Jeff’s 25th Anniversary as our Lead Pastor!

We will honor and celebrate him during all 3 services, and there will be a celebratory barbecue picnic lunch for him after the 11:30 service on the backfield! Bring chairs and blankets for your comfort.

It will be an amazing opportunity to reflect on all God has done through Pastor Jeff’s ministry, and pray over his next season here at LCC!

How can buying items at a yard sale contribute to spreading the life-changing message of Jesus Christ around the world? Our mission teams are hosting a Yard Sale at LCC on Saturday, May 18 from 9:00am - 12:00pm to raise money to send teams to Puerto Rico, Poland, and South Africa this summer! 100% of the proceeds from this Yard Sale will support the individuals going on these trips!
